RE:RE:RE:Selling price

RE:RE:RE:Selling priceAgree with go private idea teddybear but 5 voting families need to get prem watsa to agree. He has about 20 percent of B shares at $17 so pretty significant hit for him. I figure he will go for it if he can convert his shares to voting. They would have to make all the B's voting though which will be tricky. A shareholders hold 20 percent of B plus his 20 gives you 40 so with a little buying now would give them control. Watching sedar and no filings so not sure who the big buyer was a week ago. Now is time to go private though if they can get away with it. If you take off A shareholders and prem watsa portion leaves 40 million shares to pay out. So at $3 cost is $120 million which is very cheap given they have $73 in cash and selling Vaughan property. Deal can be done without spending a dime. Don't think will happen though as how do you deal with Watsa's shares?
