The losses from OnGame were shrinking. Don't know if it was at break even just yet. I doubt it. 
Not enough of a critical mass of users. You are correct, they can use the technology in N.A. 

If you look at the OpenBet site, you'll notice that OB also has a poker offering as well. Don't know if it's proprietary though or licensed from some other provider. Still need to do some DD on that. 
I hope you're right about the addition to the cash flow. It would make perfect sense. 

This deal will close relatively quick I suspect as the terms are against NYX the longer this does not close. Daily financial penalties involved for everyday the deal has not closed. 

The Q1 numbers will still have OnGame included unfortunately. That deal was completed March 31. The good part is that the OB numbers will also be included in Q1 earnings provided the deal closes soon. Matt Davey said as much in his CC with analysts and shareholders. If not Q1 2016 then certainly with FY 2016 earnings post closing of the takeover. The December to March data will be included in the final year calculations.
