What is happening here...

What is happening here...     If there is a deal pending, then I see the point of the last few posters; the placees of the AMK pp are getting a preferential deal over the common shareholders.  I don't know if that is allowed; I guess if I were a shareholder of AMK, I'd be asking questions too.  The only positive about this is it seems that something is in the wind regarding Treaty Creek; why else would all this activity be taking place.  This would seem more positive for TUO in a way, now that I'm reading the posts here.  There are about 800 percent more shares of AMK than TUO out there, yet their SP is virtually identical.

Do the common shareholders of AMK have the right to know who the three placees are?  Are they arm's length folks?  Do any of you know Allan Burton personally?  He seems to have left with not so much as a fare thee well.

Seriously, I am not interested in stirring the pot; I'd like to see the common stockholders benefit from any deal done with TC, if that's what's in the wind.  Mathmatically it does seem more favorable to the TUO shareholders, but what do I know... I'm a "stuckee" thus far!

I wish all of you Amkers the best of luck.
