They are similar in that they are also trying to establish a large scale plant.

NOVX21 is signigicantly undervalued in the comparison.

ORT Market Cap $99.2 Million with shares out at 413.4 million
NOV Market Cap $3.1 Million with shares out at 104 million

If the new managment team lays out clear plans at the AGM in a couple of weeks and if there are any new partners or backers there should be considerable upside to the current sp of $0.04
