RE:RE:Within Acquisition was sale of Ongame

In Q1 I expect Ongame results to be shown as a one line item called discontinued operations (cash loss will still occur though).  So any loss from Ongame won't show up in EBITDA.  

Q1 numbers probably won't be released until after deal closes in May.   And given all the moving parts I don't expect they will file Q1 until last day required by venture exchange rules.

I think they will provide the market with cash burn of Ongame in PR for year end 2015 for informational purposes.
