RE:China Development bank

RE:China Development bankI don't think any company will pay such a healthy premium. About the director resigning, it makes no diff as the same director is still part of Tairu or western in some capacity. I think they still have executive roles so i don't think it has anything to do with that.

Allana potash got sold back a year or two for 127 million. Smaller resources but significantly less capital was required to make a mine. 650 million dollars or around that number. IMO lets assume if wpx can get same price. They have 80 million in cash so buyout for 200 million or around. Thats just north of 40 cents. I would take that if the buyout comes in nxt 2 months. If not i would like them to start the small operation. This company is worth atleasr 400 million when potash prices are about 50 dollars more than they are now. 300 per tonne now.

May be they stopped as they see reaource sector turning a corner. But right now it's only gold and silver stocks making a come bak from all time lows. I missed that rally but want to get in for copper/iron ore and potash.
