RE:Posts by Texasidiot and highper on the PVG, TUO, AMK boards
Clearly you wish to provoke me, Markedtofuture (Stockhouse member since November 17, 2015; Post #24775062), so now that you have done so and I am responding, you can delete your post and go to bed at night believing it can't be retrieved by linking my response to your provocation.  In other words, Markedtofuture, your post is on the record, deleting it won't do you any good (just ask Saldo), and it could prove quite useful when it comes time to explore new avenues of opportunity in the courtroom, eh?

Of course, you are defaming both Teuton and American Creek at the same time, the latter unintentionally.  You write that my posts "should be read as all of them are coming from TUO's office."  That's quite a charge, Markedtomarket.  You are making a statement of fact and I don't know if Teuton is going to like this too much.  People have been sued for less and, yes, this is the season for litigation, which you seem to be encouraging despite the obvious consequences we've come to enjoy.  Then you write that "AMK has not, does not, nor will not ever post on the Bullboards, nor are WE [emphasis mine] aware of the identity of anyone who does post."  Who is "we," Markedtofuture?  American Creek?  Are you claiming to be part of American Creek?  Was that a slip of the tongue, a Freudian, or was it straight out defamation against American Creek?  Well, then, if you're not part of American Creek, then who is the "we" who never posts on the bullboards?  Could it be someone with deep pockets who stands to lose a lot, because of another one of your continuing blunders?  We shall see now, won't we?

Could it be that the conspiracy that has been roasting Mr. Cremonese and Teuton for all these years simply has mutated into another moniker that has the continuing purpose of making sure that the conflict between the two companies continues and no agreement is concluded that prevents your deep-pocketed employer from achieving its objective? Yes, this latest batch of posts questioning American Creek's moves suggests that there is a deal in the works and someone doesn't want it to happen.  Who benefits by such a situation, Markedtomarket?  Your employer?  You yourself?  Certainly not the shareholders, and I find it interesting that especially now during this period of extended tranquility you would post that Teuton is responsible for every negative word said about American Creek in order to prevent American Creek from completing a financing when, in fact, Teuton this very minute is trying to complete a financing.  Why don't you want Teuton to complete its financing, Markedtomarket?  What are you afraid of?

Thank you for your post, though.  You knew I would respond and perhaps that also was one of your intentions.  I have no idea why you would want such a thing, but here I am.  But you blundered -- once again.  Keep up the good work.  $$$$$
