What Happens to SP when Constellation Contracts Signed?

What Happens to SP when Constellation Contracts Signed?Say Urthecast converts MOUs/signs additional contracts for the constellation that total $750M in the coming months.

At that time does SP increase to reflect a market value of $750M to $1B, does it fall somewhere between where it is now and that value or do we languish at the current levels until these things are actually launched?

In my simple way of looking at this, the company can have a $1B valuation overnight.  Is that too simple?
