RE:WarrantsMy read on the whole thing is that ANON + whoever wants to actually fund NSP in some way. Therefore they are keeping the price capped so that they get a better deal. Now with warrants getting close they are pushing the price below the warrant level so that nobody can sell shares to exercise their warrants. Therefore leaving NSP in a more urgent need of funds. Speculation on my part though.
