RE:RE:RE:Delisting PREMaybe you should be the one reading the tsx laws... 

There is no 1$ rule on the tsx if you want an example look AVP.TO or CMM.TO

But the company must be financially healthy and being in default of debt or bond payment is why tsx is reviewing them....

you are dead wrong. read the tsx laws and securities. a company has to stay above 1$ for a cretin period of time. if it don't it is considered a penny stock and be delisted. exxi gdpm in the States to name a few are now pinks sheets. I have said this for awhile now pre will be delisted from the tsx and it will 100%
