Providing shareholder value and our bargaining positionTST management has a very big job ahead of them after fridays meeting. Any possible buyer or partner knows TST funds aren't there to go it alone. There is no incentive to rush in and partner or buy out the company. They can sit back like buzzards and wait as the cash float dehydrates in the glaring failure of the present team to move mcna closer to an approval over the last few years. Can this team come through as they basically got rid of any bottom line profitable bit of the company. In there words their entire focus was the approval of mcna..they didn't do it. Now they are very high paid drains on the bottom line. If they are let go they will be a very expensive golden handshake. All we have now are burns to the cash.. they cant take it to $0. How low can they go, how much will someone pay..and if and when someone pays how will the money be spent. There is still debt to be paid.
The walls that went up on todays trading were just containment walls..it is not a coincidence to see 3.2 million share walls go up @.075 on bid and .08 on the ask. How often have you seen that on a penny stock..neither side wanted to transact they just wanted to stop the bleed. Give it a feeling that someone wants in bigtime at .075. Wouldnt you think if they really wanted in they would go to .08..instead of almost identical bid and ask for hours..then almost every trade you saw was a cross or a "W" marker which is a pre arranged trade.
I have been in this stock for over 10 yrs and have of late bought and sold when it made finacial sense based off market movements and reading the action. It had so much going for it over the years where if one product didn't make it we had another as insurance. Animal health had multiple products that made profits..the hopes for the ecoli vaccine. The approval right around the corner for urocidin ....the dream of next year for the last 5 years at least
It is very sad we have progressed to this position and state of affairs after all these years of hopes and stress.
I never thought I would miss santa claus but we seemed to have traded him for the grinches who stole our christmas.
