Royalty companies usually trade at a premium to NAV, the biggest being FNV which has a NAV of ~$30/share USD but trades about $70/share USD.

By my math the La Colorada royalty will pay 2700 * 600 = $1.62MM USD this year, or just over $2mm CAD.

No numbers on the San Jose NSR or the Moose River NSR which should start next year but the fact there is cash flow, and cash flow growth right out of the gate is impressive.
