RE:Current owned shares

RE:Current owned shares
It would stand to reason that once the company is up-to-date on its filings the stock could start trading again and whoever has shares would still have shares but the stock may do a R/S to clean it up ahead of a financing deal. Most of us probably just have a number designated beside our shares in our portfolio and now "Mahdia Gold", thats because the company is currently not able to trade and has not status in Canada or the USA it looks like. The float is not huge so a reverse spilt of 1 new for 4 or 5 old would likely be the case once trading resume. Just my opinion of course, they may not touch the float. A lot of warrants and options would probably need to be cancelled.

This is the most positive news for the company and its shareholders in years. It appears the former management made no attempt to salvage our interest or maintain a working relationship in Guyana or with the exchange in my opinion and that lack of ethic will no doubt haunt them in their attempts to work for anyone else in the future.

They are working hard to right this ship, and at the end of the day Bending seems to be the bigger man who stuck it through. Remember guys like Bending probably still have shares and he wants value for his investment as well.
