RE:annual meeting

RE:annual meetingWWhammer
ICG Treasury has some decent sum in there, but just a bit more should not hurt, especially when they need ~$6M to pay for their "strategic investment"  of 10% in ER. They have an option to get to 15% of ER.
Note: They may end up having some more cash with some strategic investment from some majors, e.g. ELD (they will want to maintain their 15% after the wt exercise, plus a bit more to get to 19.9%), AEM? But most likely (I would place my bet on this) G will probably step in to frustrate ELD a bit. They don't really want ELD to have a seat on ICG BoD... ELD insiders on the Technical Committee for Lamaque South drilling is generous enough. Perhaps, at this technical level is fine, but not at the BoD level, too much juicy stuff discussed there, unless G wants to have a run at ELD, lol.
