RE:RE:RE:Well there ya go."let Novra gather dust."
As I think it will. After 45 minutes to get up to basic speed I am throwing up a big caution light. Novra announced two other merger/ acquisitions back on Feb.5 and nothing seems to have come of those two. Also, on their last report on Sept 30 they has cash in bank of $420,000 and it was declining, so where is the $667,000 cash coming from that they would have to pay upfront to the IDC shareholders? Where is the cash coming from to front both theirs and IDC's ongoing operating losses and last but definitely not least, where is the $1 million plus that IDC needs in order to front any type of hardware contract of value coming from? It appears at this point in time that these guys are struggling just to pay their own Hydro bill.
Anyone who know the Venture knows of what I am talking about. So much is announced down here for pump value alone and that is all you ever hear of it. As the sayings go, "It ain't over till the fat lady sings" and "It ain't a done deal till the cash is in your hands"
This is the Venture Exchange after all so not much that is said and done down here is ever real at the end of the day. Walk with your hip-waders on and nose plugs securely in place.
