RE:PYR Up 45% ...UBR has the Rights

PYR had 2 news releases, one late after close last night and one this AM. They get 10% off the top of the UBR worldwide sales, this will include the sales of UBRs quarts converted si and any other miners quartz that UBR uses the process to convert. Plus they have the dross event the just announced and PYR also announced ( a 3rd news release) they are spinning off another of their techs just a few days ago. So all this news lately just kind of released the share price starting today.
