RE:RE:TheoryFive stars for a laugh sir although I do respect all opinions expressed even if I disagree. 
 Also, the non hedging rule for employees on the earning release date of March 24 affirms that MT knew since their results were not amazing that whomeever was trying to pummel the SP was going to town starting then, which is exactly what ended up happening, from 46-30ish.  The top boys saw this one from a mile since ,and this is only a theory,  the potential buyer already had these results and voiced during the negotiation how it justified a lower buyout price.   I know this is far fetched but something has to account for the huge gap in all the analysts price targets and the markets idea as to where the SP should be, this is not an accounting matter.
