Blazzing. Warrants are basically an extention of the original placement at a higher price. In this case NSP would issue more shares to those that exercise warrants and receive the cash for them. So for .30 warrants if 1 million got exercised the total shares outstanding rises by 1 million shares and the company receives $300k cash (1 million x .30). Hope this makes sense.
