RE:All the young dudesI havent been a young dude in a lot of years but I do own a lot of shares. I will be voting YES. I have come to the conclusion that IDC has some decent products and a pretty good network of clients throughout the world but the company / management itself couldnt get out of its own way to make things work. So, we now get a small pittance of cash in our pocket and shares in Novra while maintaining ownership of our products and clients. Sure, we have less shares than we all had before but those shares were worthless anyway. We still own everything IDC, except the name, plus we now are owners of Novra and the potential it has. Combining the two companies likely gives us a way better shot at success than we had at IDC. If we could get an offer of 10 cents for IDC I would change my tune, but thats not coming.
