There's always Q2With at least 40 practice Qs behind 'em, maybe ROI will somehow finally figure out how to get real material sales traction in the gov't markets?
Alternatively, maybe someday this quixotic quest called ROI identifies cronic weak sales #'s as a call to examine the over-all business model and maybe even expand into markets where there is real bluesky potential.
