Who's selling?

We have to remember that the company issued a ton of shares over the past 9 months in share-for-share exchanges. Lots of shareholders of predecessor companies ended up as reluctant OBM shareholders - not everyone wanted to hold OBM shares. My guess is that the SP won't firm up until most of these reluctant OBM shareholders have divested. This'll take time.
