There are 2 ways to look at things, eyes wide open or eyes wide shut. Look at it as though you are driving a car. You need to look at the guages once in awhile as they tell you how things are running but if you spend all of your time staring at the guages you are going to miss everything going on around you. So you need to look up to see where you are at. If you look up and guage where you are by where you have been (rearview mirror) then you will still miss where you are going and where you are right now, Focus out the windshield and you will see a whole new world and what's around you. Look at the guages once in awhile and look in the rear view mirror to see where you came from but if that is all you do...you will crash!!
Nothing happens overnight, especially when you need to right some wrongs. Look to see what is happening now. Re-read the companies new mandate. It is pretty positive and the reults thus far in terms of proving up what naysayers doubted are very solid. Don't read 'proving up' too literally...they are reassuring investors of old...2-3 yrs old and investors of new and future that this is a viable tract of land. They are beginning very shortly to continue to explore and identify... this is all good!! 
I think you need to clean your windshield...you can't see....or don't want to see and don't want others to see. You have already driven through the storm and destruction... look up!! The skies are looking bright and sunny... the roads are dry(ing). Drilling will start soon if not already and whether it is 3 drills now and 10 later... it is still in the right direction.
