SILVER PURSUIT ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Silver Pursuit Resources Ltd. has arranged an offering of four million units at a price of five cents per unit for a total amount of up to $200,000. Each unit consists of one common share of the company and one share purchase warrant for the purchase of one further common share of the company, exercisable for a period of two years at a price of eight cents per common share.

The company may pay finders' fees in connection with the financing in cash and warrants.
