Quiet Board - so what is IT worth in buyout scenario

IT Market Cap is ~ $800 M and on BS debt and contingent consideration add to ~ $800 M.

So these items add up to $1.6 B. High end of EBITDA guidance is almost $200 M for 2016 (I know it's $195 M but let's keep math simple).

At 8x EBITDA the current market price would about what it's trading at.

At 9x EBITDA a price of ~ $14

At 10x EBITDA a price of ~ $16

I think mgmt would take $15.
