The Sangihe Project covers 42,000ha; this includes the Bawone, Binebase prospects on the eastern part of the island and Taware prospect in the south-central region with infrastructure in place. The Company has a 70% interest in the Sangihe project.

From the latest filings on their web page (Feb 1st, 2016), it looks like they wrote off two of their properties in 2014 and sold the rest. I am no expert but read it from their web site. If someone would like to clarify, what do they own? Anyone tried to contact them? Don't they have to issue a disclaimer when there is significant share activity saying whether they have material knowledge of why there is interest? Hoping to hear some more due diligent comments.
