RE:RE:65 USD +Paten: institutional investors , who pretty much control this company, would not tender their shares at 40-45 usd .... you are basing your projections off the 52 week low that has been hit because of Valeant and a very small float of shares trading.... $65-$80 USD is where the big boys will tender....
