My Opinion
MT will NEVER accept a takeout of less than $65US.

He will never screw those guys who bought at $65US on the private Placement.

He is a good guy. For him to accept a $50US bid and knowing those guys paid
$65 would be immoral.

I don't think he would be able to live with himself.
