RE:Globe says Pure, others have inviting return potential

RE:Globe says Pure, others have inviting return potentialGee, qhat is it with these guys on BNN. Just happened to catch as I turned on TV. Some guy whose name I can't spelll (or care to remembet) who was not just lacking good, strong commentary on the AAR portfolio  and prospects, but was making really erroneous statements. Says they have overpaid for properties but, first of all, the US properties alone from 2 years ago were bought when exch rate 95c  (okay I know some of it was US debt but the equivalent CAD value today has been positively impacted by not only a growing US economy but the exch rate)  On top of this, the company itself has recently said there is a significant latent value  in its portfolio. It is also increasing NOI 6.5% from their one new Fedex property (from May) and payout ratio is finally decreasing (last at about 85%). They are also internalising control.  To Mr.????, if you do read such things as SH BB's "simply don't comment if you don't know the facts!!!!"
And there I was, just getting used to AAR's recent climb in this zero-interest-rate world and the ongoing revitalized prospects for the company.
