RE:$3.25 Million Flow Through Financing

RE:$3.25 Million Flow Through FinancingWill be interesting at closing to see who the placees are......it was a done deal (fully allocated) .  Flow thru is usually spoken for by funds that package a bunch of them together.....or individuals who need writeoffs.....like the $1million plus paper gain on the repriced stock options from Jan 21st press release.  I certainly dont begrudge the employees the stock options.....its has been a long drop that was out of their control.

I would guess that the top up is for an expenditure that hasnt already been in the budget for a while....I would guess it is the building//permitting for the road.  It would significantly reduce costs, and improve workability for personell and equipment.  It will change the dynamics of the exploration program, and allow for an early start/late finish to the season.  It will also speed up the advancement to mining stage ( further drilling etc) for the Tiger deposit.  I would guess that Tiger is bigger than what has been shown to date.... hope we see a buck before June

Cheers
