Chinese could target MGA? It's no secret that the Chinese have expressed an interest in Arrow. They say so right here:
"Of course we have interest but it depends on their price," said Jianhua Xing, deputy general manager of CGN Uranium Resources Co Ltd, when asked about companies such as NexGen Energy Ltd NXE.V

Rumors are that the team at $NXE is touring China for the next couple weeks at the request of the Chinese. I strongly suspect this is just a meet and greet and that Leigh will politely reject overtures for a strategic/minority investment. He's said very recently (and publicly) that interest in a minority stake has spiked since the release of the Maiden Estimate in early March. He's also said he has no interest in selling a stake this year. My thinking is that he will let them know he intends to mine the deposit himself, and that he will call when the time is right. Of course, by then, the price could be much much higher. Some well placed sources tell me that US$2bln is the absolute minimum valuation the large shareholders are contemplating for Arrow.
One has to wonder, if the Chinese don't get what they want the next two weeks, is $MGA in their crosshairs? $MGA holds 19.37M shs of $NXE, good for 5.8% of $NXE (fully diluted). Sheldon Inwentash and Richard Patricio own a bunch of options, roughly 10M @ avg strike $0.14.

I am guessing they want at least double that in any takeover. Patricio has also been buying hand over fist in the open market, most recently @ $0.125.
