Touchstone Strategic Income ETF V.SIO

Primary Symbol: SIO

The Fund seeks a high level of current income with a focus on capital preservation. The Fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80 percent of its assets in income producing fixed-income securities. This is a non-fundamental investment policy that the Fund's Board can change upon 60 days prior notice to shareholders. Income producing securities generally include corporate debt securities, mortgage-related securities, asset-backed securities, government securities (both U.S. government securities and foreign sovereign debt), and preferred stocks. The Fund will engage in frequent and active trading as part of its principal investment strategies.

RE:Official end date

RE:Official end dateYeah, I was awaiting some kind of conclusion too. No PRs, SIO's website is still up, and Routhier is still tweeting about 3D like it's 2010...

I'd be expecting an update from Deloitte tomorrow or Monday - my guess is they went in front of a judge today and then spent a couple of hours discussing the liquidation with Routhier and Choquette. Back in March, they had filed the extension documents on the 3rd (a Thursday) but the update only appeared around midday on the 7th. Since this is the "big one" and not a mere formality, I'm guessing there's a lot more paperwork and procedures involved...

I wonder what happens next in regard to the TSX. A delisting is probably due soon, I'm guessing there will be some kind of formal announcement about that. I wonder what that means for this bullboard, while we're at it... Will SH take it down if the stock is delisted? Maybe we ought to be saying our final goodbyes at this point... ;)
