CaldWell respected TO portfolio manager - dual class Some excellent points made.  Bottom line:  would there be a C Series if Bombardier did not have dual class shares?  Good question.  Very balanced analysis.  Good points made about short versus long term planning  / goals. A case can be made either way pro or con.
