RE:RE:WowIt's underground mining, but it begins right at surface.  Largest cost in U/G mining is labor which is cheap in China - probably easy now to find unemployed workers from coal and iron mines.

In the past 10 years Gobimin has moved from a nickel mine, to a coal mine, to a copper mine.  The company advanced each project and then sold it.  Highly likely that's what will hapopen again.
