RE:yeah we have been taiking to outside interests...Select, even when you are down you spew BS. No one is voting on compensation at the AGM. Shareholders received a circular where executive compensation was disclosed. You can criticize it. You can go to the meeting and yell bloody murder, but you can't change it. It's been paid as far as cash comp is concerned or granted as far as equity grants go, but you can't change it. That is how it works ignoramus.

As as far as disclosing the extent of the discussions, they told us everything they are required to tell us. They have been approached by A party who expressed an interesting in buying the company. They set up a special committee to consider strategic alternatives which is what public companies do when a suitor presents itself. The company is in play baby and there is nothing you and your short friends can do about it. I actually think you are not short at all. I think you are paid patsies of a potential suitor trying to keep the share price depressed in the event it decides to go hostile.

If if that happens, I can assure you that I would not tender my shares unless MT and the rest of the board recommends tendering. And I don't see them doing that for anything less than US$75. I hope for more but that would be the bare minimum for me.

If if you are a true short, go lick your wounds. If you are a patsy for a potential suitor, I hope your employer doesn't get to go home with the prize because they certainly have not been playing fair with the likes of you, Lattice, Notwrong, Pineapple and CXrBull.
