Ok, John, thanks, as usual, for keeping us brutally honest over here. But I think we're aware of the uncertainty.

As dire as you like to paint things, do you see anything other than these two options:

"NO" - results in receivership
"YES" - uncertainty but at least not certain receivership.

IMO, as usual.
