CQE is in survival mode and after trying to sell some high quality assets to  lower leverage and survive another day, they refused to accept inferior slime balls offers from the sharks and now they are cutting expenses to the bone to survive.

with their hedges and in a rising oil and gas environment, surival is guaranteed in my view, and then they can start to grow again in 2017.

what is a fair price for cqe in a rising market?


I think 0.30 is a good entry point for longer term and considering we will have pull backs now and then.
