My guess is most of the selling is by former debenture holders, who never planned to owned the stock. 975 million of the 998 million shares outstanding are in the hands of investors who might not have wanted them. Plus, trading with the ridiculous spread of 2-2.5c, 25%, discourages most serious investors. Even on days when a couple million shares trade, it is really very little in terms of value.
They need to consolidate the shares, I would say 200 to 1. Get the stock to $4, some new buyers step in to clean up the old deb holders, and then it would go to $5-6 pretty easily given the valuation.
