What do you mean “They are not in any financial trouble”?  That’s BS.  I never believed what the  Management said they're all such a loser.  For the last five years everything they said, never happened, and I totally agree with Oilman53 said “The only thing these guys are trying to preserve is their fat salaries...  No way in the world their bankers would allow them to make any acquisition.”
