Why would you do that? Unless you're going there for a vacation and feel like listening to a Spanish speaking court room, it seems like a waste of time. The Chilean courts seem to be doing a fine job without your help.
And if the 3 lads are such liars and con-men as you suggest, why would you believe Jorge's statement about serving all those various entities? It seems a bit far-fetched to send the White House anything IMO, but you never know... maybe the president can put some heat on the BCSC and get MSX trading again so he can get in on a private placement.
