not sure if this was posted... a blog commenting on the rights issue and Peter Tolnai.

This guy seems like he has a good history as a VC, and would be well suited to turning this into a vehicle for projects he knows about... alng with tax losses.So

I exercised my rights and we'll see what happens next week.   Suddenly it will go from 3 cents to 3 dollars, so might sell off from there a bit.  Based on the lack of interest here, I expect under 40% of rights will get exercised, resulting in mr Tolnai picking up his 60% plus.  If so then they priced it just about right to achieve their objectives.
