Without PPs where does any small company get money to grow?

Especially when that company is run by a CEO who doesn't know any better.  Apparently dilution is the only weapon in Jeff's arsenal.  Oh well, his buddies are happy even if the shareholders are taking it up the a**.

If you think this is massive dilution, you clearly have not been in the junior mining space.  Those boys know how to burn through cash like it was nothing!  Companies like Rubicon Minerals had about 50-75M back a few years and whammo now 400M.  All of them are like that, PP... More PP... A little more PP... Roll shares back 10:1, then repeat the whole process again.

I watched Jeff do minimal dilution on WND, maybe 50M to 70M over 5 years?  GRB has 12M shares and this little beauty is 57M plus options & warrants? All of which are OTM and expire in 5 months.  Yeah I wish the share structure was that of GRB but this isn't bad. Once they get their operations running full tilt, hopefully there will be enough cash flow from operations to fund investing activities.  To have a junior that generates revenue and not be a watered down pig is an amazing feat in this day & age.
