RE:Min $65US

RE:Min $65USGoldman, RBC, Credit S and Jefferies are all big firms and pay no loyalty nor are owed any loyalty. Cinven were paid a very healthy premium and took back VTB shares on a p/e of 12 plus. there is no reason why those issue prices would bind anyone to accepting a deal at a different price in light of the heavy impairment in multiples in the sector.

Like you guys just said, Blackrock will never justify to their people
a stock that was $24 and now they will buy it for $65.

If they don't offer 65US, MT will not accept the deal.
As I said, 65US was the private placement just as the stock tanked.

MT will not let those guys suffer.
He will not accpet $50US.

I know some won't agree.
