Chart, you are confusing your facts as well. Kramer doesn't have a foundation. He attained a consulate position. But that has no bearing as he hasn't been involved in the day-to-day for many yrs...Fleming and team are the true engine behind this machine. As for Fleming's eye on an exit for himself and the company, that's a separate issue which wasn't part of Code's original post. You too need to get your facts straight.
