RE:tke out.....shelby, I have to agree with you on the 80 cents.......as an example SUE was taken out for over 1.00 and they had between 350-400 million shares out with approx 2 million ounces in South America, Peru I believe......George Salamis had stated that there is about another 4 million ounces at Lamaque.......since George started his career at Sigma/Lamaque and knows the geology there I have to go with George's statement..........Century, the previous operator, had a resource estimate showing approx 6 million ounces.........in 2008 Fortis Bank spent 6 months at the property doing their DD before approving a 60 million dollar loan to Century......but the financial crisis was just gaining traction and they cancelled the loan........move forward and the Russian/White Tiger hired Micon to do a court ordered resource estimate.....Micon had 30 days to do it and had stated that management hadn't provided all the data they requested to do the RE, mamagement stated they couldn't find the data requested, and many ounces were "lost" ...........the then White Tiger ceo had stated afterwards that the "lost " could be recovered in the future....after that, it is known what happened......also there were newsletter writers present when Century was opening up an area known as the "Bedard Dyke" .....they wrote that there was visible gold grading 37g/ton during the blasting......this was bonus gold since it wasn't in the RE but had had to be mined to get to the dyke ore body......when this dyke was first discovered it was considred a "jewelery box" in the press release......White Tiger said Bedard was a disappointment, hmmmmmmm........so, I would have to go with George's line of thinking that there is a hellova lot more gold at Lamaque to be mined.....I would like to believe that between the insiders, management, the institutions and retail shareholders there are enough shares to block a low ball bad offer........as a side note, last I heard the Russian was on the run from the Russian government for fraud pertaining to the Lamaque/Sigma mine
