Long Run could not survive with $60 Oil how would they be able to turn things around with $45 Oil?
If this deal doesn’t close the most likely next step would be a CCAA Creditor Protection Liquidation or Recapitalization.
In my “opinion” the odds are quite good that the Deal will get done but it’s not Guaranteed!
IT’S NEVER A DONE DEAL UNTIL THE MONEY CHANGES HANDS!
Until then there is always some risk that the Deal will fail..
