RE:RE:ReceivershipAkrags - I don't disagree that what you say is possible and maybe even be most likely. It is also possible that they will need to look after affairs on behalf of themselves and their creditors prior to a bankruptcy trustee being appointed. A receiver can definitly assist in doing this where the lenders have not the wherewithall to foregive the debt obligations; Does not necessarely mean the end of TBE but a method of survival offered to business and their interests. It is not uncommon for the principals to reengage once the heavy lifting is done. DF
