RE:RE:RE:Trailing EBIDTA RatiosWhat is the basis of your belief in this matter?  I believe the banks rank highest in the capital structure so it should be irrelevant whether or not the lower ranking debt is secured.  Even if the banks view the debt conversion as a significant change, they have already reviewed the borrowing base since the debt was concerted.  This is not news for the current review.
