RE:RE:Integra to play the Friesland game !! idlefreebird, Playing the Friesland game requires bringing in a company with deep pockets for 10% - 20 % who has no intention of taking out Integra, just the same interest as us and that is, make money on their shares.
Who could be our Teck Corporation ?
Osisko Gold comes to mind !
Sean Roosen from Osisko Gold,, they have the capitulation 1.6 B market cap, $650m cash and Credits. Osisko Gold could invest $50mill for a 20% stake in Integra knowing they can at least double their money on a future take out.
This would start to set the game up by giving Integra more money and time,,, to add value by drilling/ramping,, bulk sampling, PEA, resource up date, drill Lamaque North,, control 40% of ER on next PP ? (value add to that 1.5B)
With selling just 20% to a mining company like Osisko, Integra with these shares and what they have in control could stop a unacceptable bid from ELD gaining that 66 2/3 % they would need to take Integra out !
It is my belief that the presentation given at the EGF, with mostly Forward Looking Statements was intended to attract the attention of a much broader audience,, a Mid Tier company like Osisko Gold for a 20% in Integra !
It was like Stephen was on shark tank giving his pitch for $50 million,, for 20% of may company !

PS, “Look at the Lakeshore theft of $1.71 a share for a 180,000 producing mine and several area plays proven”.
idlefreebird,, You are right Tony Makuch, President and CEO of Lake Shore Gold sold you out at a low price because he did not have the balls to keep going and was offered a a great job as “President of Canadian Operations.” with a huge salary and bonuses !
(not the problem we will have at Integra)
Kevin McArthur, Executive Chair of Tahoe, said, I am very pleased to welcome Tony Makuch, the current CEO of Lake Shore Gold, to Tahoe's management team as President of Canadian Operations.”
