The Silver Lining (LRE.DB)The Interest on the Debentures will continue to accrue while we wait assuming that this Transaction does in fact Close eventually.
If this deal ultimately falls apart the Debenture Holders will be in a much better position than the Common Share Holders.
In my “opinion” the odds are that the deal will get done. Sinoenergy is confident enough to raise the Cash which is encouraging. But as I have said repeatedly there is no guarantee.
IT’S NEVER A DONE DEAL UNTIL THE MONEY CHANGES HANDS!
