Its still too early to determine if the chemical warfare unit is a success. They have been grated contracts to devellop the unit(s) but they are still in testing. I quote from the Feb. 4 PR
"This Contract is expected to start imminently and, along with testing of the first System currently underway at PyroGenesis' facilities, is expected to be completed by end of Q2-2016. Of note, PyroGenesis' Client is planning to spend an additional US $100 Millions during the final testing phase of the System.

Furthermore the success of military endeavours doesn't require economic feasability. Those $600.00 hammers worked perfectly but nbody other than the military is going to buy them.

Naturally skills improve with experience, it has nothing whatsoever to do with baseball lol.
